Multiple-Choice Assignments with Completion Credit

Multiple-Choice Assignments with Completion Credit

Do you want students to receive full credit for responding to a question, regardless of their answers? This is often the case when teachers use Terracotta to administer surveys or pre-questions. There are two ways of going about this:

  • All answers are correct

If you’re asking a question that doesn’t have a correct answer, or one to which you’d accept any answer as correct, but you want it to be attached to a particular number of points, click next to ALL possible answers.

  • No answers are correct

Similarly, if the question has no correct answer, and you just want students to receive credit for having answered, change the number of points awarded to 0, and be sure all possible answers are unchecked.
